Financing & Insurance
At Foothill Dental Care, our number one priority is ensuring every patient receives the treatment they need without worrying about the cost. We never want our patients to deny themselves the treatment that can help them recover from their ailments due to financial stress. With that in mind, we offer a variety of ways to take care of the cost of your treatment, from insurance to re-payment plans we have you covered. If you have any concerns about insurance coverage or are uninsured and want to discuss payment plan options, feel free to contact our office at (925) 961-5484.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will try our best to confirm your coverage and eligibility, however because insurance policies vary, we cannot guarantee insurance benefits. We can only estimate your insurance payment in good faith. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service, unless third party financing will be used.
Insurance We Accept
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations if necessary. Please bring insurance information with you on your first visit. We accept most PPO insurance plans, and are in-network providers with most of the following plans:
We strive to provide you with quality dental care that you expect and deserve without it being a financial burden for you. We offer a variety of flexible payment options to meet your financial needs.
We base our fees on the quality of materials we use and our level of experience in performing your dental treatment
For the convenience of our patients, we accept all major credit cards and offer third party financing with no interest payments in some cases.
CareCredit is not your average credit card. CareCredit is used by more than 200,000 health and wellness providers in the United States — from doctor’s offices to drugstores. It offers patients a way to pay for health, wellness, and dental-related treatments that aren’t covered by insurance. It allows patients to get the care they need by making accessible monthly payments instead of paying the full price before treatment.
